The resort is conveniently located in the center of all the villas, making it easy to access all facilities and amenities. the airport is also close by, which is a great advantage for travelers. Despite some staff being unable to guide you to nearby restaurants or attractions, the beach is just a short distance away, allowing guests to enjoy the beautiful weather and calm waters. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are well-maintained. the breakfast offers a variety of tasty options, including delicious baked goods.
One downside is that some staff members are unable to provide recommendations for nearby restaurants or attractions.

We had a car, so 10 minutes drive to West Island. Handy base for a weekend in Sanya! In love with palm beach resort & spa.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, and clean beach. During my business trip, I had a lovely experience in this resort. the breakfast offered a diverse selection of dishes, including both Western and Asian options. the staff was also helpful and available to assist in any manner possible. the beach was clean, and the water was perfect for swimming. the resort's location provided a serene atmosphere, which was essential after a hectic day.
Remote location and expensive transportation. the resort was located far away from other entertainment spots, making it challenging to go to a bar or restaurant without spending a lot on transportation.

This hotel is truly luxurious! I was impressed by the exclusive amenities that were available. the health club and sauna were exceptional, and the private facilities were a real treat. the room advantages were fantastic, and the restaurant served delicious meals.
The location was a bit remote, and there were limited options for exploring the surrounding area. the hotel staff were always willing to help with arranging transportation.
